Soprano all sexed up: Critics are Praising opera singer Renee Fleming’s Rock Album Dark Hope
That was a big gamble when Manhattan Renee Fleming, 51, arguably the world’s most famous female opera singer, announced that it was recorded in the collection of rocks called the “hope of darkness.”
Have played three times on the soprano Emmy Awards and the Opera House in the capital, even my beloved image – check out the explosions on the cover of the album! – Which have been contacted by her voice down to the substance of the departure from classical music.

A profitable business. Critics rave about the new album – which includes covers of bands ranging from aircraft Jefferson and tears for fears the fire games, Mars Volta and Muse – and perhaps more importantly, to their teenage daughters.
Why did you decide to step outside the opera?
