Giving life is colorful characters and Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim series certainly has its challenges. However, when working under the guidance of a restless and often humorous tangential Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz), is her job as an actor getting easier. That does not mean that we should be complacent and rely on human talent for a smooth installation and hyper-stylized pop art special effects.
